Drawing on evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural coaching, solution-focused methods, and psychodynamic theory, our coaches help you identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and unlock new possibilities.

  • Initial 90-minute chemistry and contracting session

All Meridian services are available online via secure video conferencing, and we also offer in-person provision across the United Kingdom.

Our London base provides a comfortable, private space for coaching and facilitated sessions. For team and organisational work, we are experienced in facilitating sessions at your offices or at off-site venues across England, Scotland, and Wales.
